Conference Travel Grants for Students

Turkologentag will award travel grants for undergraduate and graduate students participating in the Turkologentag 2023. We aim to support students with neither travel scholarships nor university funding. The applicants must be presenting or co-presenting a paper at the Turkologentag 2023.

Payment

The award payment will be made at the conference after the presentation of supporting documents (ticket, receipt).      

How do I apply?

Step 1:

When you register for the conference to submit your abstract (at this link), you will be asked if you also apply for a travel grant. Please indicate that you are in need of a travel grant by ticking the box. 

Step 2:

If you have indicated your interest in a travel grant and your paper has been accepted, you wil be contacted by the organizing committee for further details.
